This area has hosted, giant bonfires, concerts, apple cannon contests, potlucks, giant party tents, and unforgettable weddings, The pavilion sets above a concrete dance floor with electricity for a DJ, bar or caterer that wants to set up. There is a big charcoal BBQ grill for group cooking, picnic tables, a water hydrant and electrical outlets. Watch the moon rise over the forest and host a tremendous evening gathering that your guests won't forget, or a daytime picnic/brunch with yard games. Use your imagination in this gorgeous spot with access to the grounds/trails as well.

This area overlooks little Berg lake. Equipped with BBQ grills, picnic tables, electrical outlets, a fresh water hydrant, and close to the kayaks/canoes to paddle the lake for fun! This is not a swimming lake, but is teeming with wildlife and facing the sunset. There is parking & an outhouse close as well. Perfect for birthdays and small gatherings.

Maximum 30 people.

$300/day (sun up-sun down). 

The Little Berg Lake, The Bigger Moose Lake & Swimming:

Our lake is small and FUN, we leave kayaks, and a canoe for guests to use for free with their stay. In the dock house, we stock various life jackets and fishing gear for guests to use freely. The lake is teaming with turtles, a beaver dam and huts, migrating swans, geese, perch, various pan fish, and other treasures to paddle around and find to spot in the water. Our lake is NOT for swimming, there are too many weeds. 

NEWS : Beavers keep the lake dammed up and they have given us a bigger deeper lake. :) Paddle to the dam area and check out their handiwork, stay off the dam as we are protecting it and it will break,

Moose Lake is 1 Mile down the road and larger than our Berg Lake, small boats can be launched there (not a concrete launch) and it is great fishing. 

Swimming by us:

A) Itasca State park just 20-25 minutes away has a beautiful beach with bathrooms and showers and the park is a great place to visit too.

B) There is another swimming beach in Bagley just 12 minutes away. Lake Lamond Beach.
C)  In our RV/Camping sites we encourage families with children to bring a sprinkler for the kiddos to have fun in too.
